Andy, Andy Dawe called, his decorator broke the clips that hold the front decorative cover on his faux venetians, do we have any spare or will they need to be ordered in, two are broken but if he's got to order them he'll get 6 just in case they break going forward (Summer Pool Cottage, Shaftsbury)

Andy, can you please call Ollie Watt, hes a problem with the brackets supplied with his CF poles, he thought they'd be the same as the ones you fitted but appears they aren't and he needs to change them, he said you'd know which he'd need, can you please give him a call on 07837 861354 as he is quite desperate to get the pole up as they've visitors for christmas
